cut the peach in half ' then remove and discard the stones . chop the flesh into bite-size pieces and reserve a few slices for decoration . put the preserves and peach juice in a bowl and mix together. put a few of the peach pieces in the bottom of three sundae glass . top with half the granola and a spoonful of the yogurt . add a few more of the peach pieces and spoon a little of the preserves mixture over the fruit . repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients ' finishing with a spoonful of yogurt . sprinkle any remaining granola over the top of each sundae . decoration with the reserved peach pieces and serve immediately.
