(2) The optimum temperature for the growth of Spirulina is around 30 ◦ C, and the optimum pH ranges are from 9.5 to 10.0.
(3) The growth rate of Spirulina exposed to the red light, green light and blue light is significantly higher than that of the
control group, where the red light is the best light source for the growth of Spirulina with the growth rate increase of
56.69%.
