While many agree with her stance on 'deconstructed coffee', others have leapt to the defence of the cafe's 'hipsterism' saying they would much prefer their caffeine fix to be served in this way.
'Actually I love this idea because you never know how strong a coffee is going to be and you can make it however strong or weak you like it,' one woman wrote.
Another wrote: 'Well, the most expert part of producing a coffee is the brewing. This is done for you, as is the milk frothing. You then have the option to finish your choice to taste, relating to how much water and milk you wish to add. That's not necessarily bad. And if you don't enjoy it... Go to a different café?'
Many have hit out at the concept saying if they wanted to have a deconstructed coffee, they would just stay at home and make it themselves.
