To add the new hire employee, K.Chompu (HR Officer) will obtain the data from the approved application form and agreement contract to key into the payroll control, which record on MAS Payroll System. For resignation employee, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will obtain the data from resignation and key into the MAS payroll System which will record in the subject “ประวัติบุคคลที่ลาออก” .To update other information, such as salary adjust, evaluation result forms are used, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will key into the payroll control after approved from K. Rihito Onuma (Managing Director) except add new hire employee that K.Chompu (HR Officer) can update in MAS payroll System however, K.Chompu (HR Officer) can’t into other system in the MAS payroll System.

At the end of the year, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will issue personal data for personal income tax to update employee’s data for personnel income tax calculation purpose.
