I pleased to informed you below case as guest were not happy with the construction going on at Fluxo and beach nourishment recovery remade for phase I.
Today I have talked with Junko who came with full of anger and frustration by blame everything to us as we did not inform them in advance both of beach and Fluxo renovation.
He tried to push us by take response all expense occur by relocate guest to other hotel like Dusit, Sheraton and we need to take response for room charge occur.
Even I have explained him that we have been offered guest to our best room category and free massage but guest themselves refused at all.
Khun Phanchita our DM have talked to the guest yesterday and show them as we have sister hotel at Chalet, seem guest were happy as they went to use the pool there this morning. That’ s why we have prepare our best category room “Rim son” there for relocation and want Jungo to explained for guest. But Junko himself doesn’t want to helped and blamed hotel only by want to relocate guest to other hotel.
For this case if Junko decided to take guest out, we have to let him do as he doesn’t show us to find the best solution or give us a chance to solve a problem at all.
