Type of Appointment Special All-Inclusive Contract, 6 months (with renewal possibility)

Organizational Context and Scope:
Under the overall supervision of the Project Manager and the direct supervision of the Senior Project Assistant of the Thai-Israeli Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural workers project, the incumbent will provide daily administrative support to the project.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Prepare applicants’ necessary documents and forms for the processing of the recruitment and deployment.
2. Arranging and verifying documents prior to the interviews.
3. Assist the process of receiving the medical result including distributing the payment slip for the airfare and organizing the applicant’s documents and printing the forms.
4. Providing information on the following steps to the applicants.
5. Assist in preparing and checking document for the workers visa application to the embassy.
6. Answer to the hotlines and keep records.
7. File and upload each applicant’s information into the filing and database.
8. Assist in the post computer generated letters to individuals and organizations concerned with the project.
9. Accompany the beneficiaries from the Ministry of Labour (MoL) to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
10. Perform such other duties as required.
Desirable Competencies:
• Thai National;
• University degree in Political Science, Social Sciences or Business Administration;
• At least one years of professional experience with non-governmental or governmental organizations in a multi-cultural setting;
• Professional experience in working for recruitment organizations an asset, in particular handling the movement of Thai labours;
• Team-work oriented, capacity to work independently; sensitive to gender issues, personal commitment, efficient, flexible, experience in working effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds at all levels;
• Computer/software literate, especially in MS Office;
• Able to communicate in English and good command of Thai.
