This is an issue that we discussed in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with Schenker last Friday. Siemens Lead Country and HQ acknowledged this and in parallel, Schenker also escalate this topic to their HQ. On the QBR, action plan that Schenker will do is that they will establish more solid relationship with Cosco/Cosnam and workaround for the alternative schedule to ETA LCB instead of PAT if Cosco cannot confirm feeder.
Schenker still need to perform as a booking agent and they must well-coordinate with Cosco/Cosnam to perform their responsibility.
