Socialization, and Combination can be a very useful tool in the knowledge conversion
process. The KMS thus developed would transform the Insurance Sector into a
Learning Organization, where the knowledge gained during the developmental process
will be stored systematically and validated from time to time. This portal of knowledge
base can thus act as a learning tool for those newly joined and also provide a means for
the senior staff to share their knowledge with the juniors so that the highest quality of
service may be provided to the customers at a minimum time lag.
