Chicken nugget samples were withdrawn from the refrigerator
and three samples were preheated in the microwave oven (Sanyo,
EM-S260, CHINA, 900W power rating, 1350W factory power setting
and 100% duty cycle) at 14.1 W/g for 1 min or 2 min per run,
and afterwards returned to the refrigerator for another 24 h before
frying.
