I asked John Campbell to explain how the cost of electricity was so high for running a small apartment with such low occupancies and again as request and answer to this. I have a 3 bed home in Thailand with swimming pool and exterior security lights and not pay as much as I do for a small 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. Is this sharing cost for the entire estate or only the bedrooms.

Water charges are to be included in service charges listed in the rental contract. Is this the case of it is a standalone cost.
Why is water costs 2320 THB in Q1 and 899 THB in Q2/3?
ROOM CARE COST
Please explain what these costs are for in addition to the service charge? These began in Q2 and have varied in price each quarter
SERVICE CHARGE
Why is the service charge the same for a Penthouse 2 bed to a Garden View one bed?
PAYMENT OF Q3 INVOICE:
