28. HR Development Coordinator (Work @ Chonburi)
Plan and execute training plan, program and activities. Support course design by integrating IDP requirement. Coordinate with training institutes, course instructors for finalizing required training facilities and other related arrangement.
Qualification
Bachelor or higher in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Political Science or Organization Development.
3-5 years experience in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management or Organization Development, Knowledge Management or Learning Organization is preferable.
