Presently, we found that in various site permit the employee to advance or borrow the money from company petty cash with the negligent method which may led the lost to company.
Many times the Site Manager had sent the request to HR to deduct the employee’s wages and salary due to the employee did not return the money on time or left the company before return the money.
And many times we cannot deduct with full amount due to the employee money was not enough for deduction.
Normally, as per Labor Protection Act company cannot make any deduction from wages or salary except for payment of personal income tax, payment provided by Law, payment to saving co-operative, payment of union dues, payment as a deposit or compensation to company for damage caused by employee and payment for provident fund.
I would strongly suggest as per following points if there is a need for employees to borrow or advance money from site petty cash.
