What is our current process when a BA registers online with some type of error (wrong id, unclear passport photo, etc…)? Do we send them an email informing them of the issue?
The below is an example of someone who has been waiting several days after signing up online. As we understand, this is likely because of submitting a wrong id. I am just curious how we can let the BA know more quickly what the issue is that is causing this. Thoughts?
