How- ever, studies on the effects of HPP on other human milk compo- nents are lacking. The aim of this work was, therefore, to study and compare the effects of Holder pasteurisation and HPP on the fatty acid composition and vitamin C and tocopherol concentra- tions in human milk. We hypothesized that HPP would be equally or better able to maintain these compounds in human milk (com- pared to the traditional Holder pasteurisation).
