After saw your introduction in meeting, I was very impressed with your vision
especially advice and sharing.
My problem are below
1.Uncontrollable
Due to as I work in the way of improvement. To set things that don't have standard and regulation to performed ,but in the past these were no any standard and regulation causing all workers and staffs to go against me and not cooperate when I attempt to set it. (May be my action will be make them lost some benefit,inconvenience and uncomfortable)
By the way a company's pattern is family let by CEO. but he/she cannot enforce to use regulation make everything can be changed very slowly, no progress and stuck.
2.A my superior (upper one level) ignore and have no any commend and solution including take action
3.More than 75% of employee and staff came from same native province
Some have related each other (friend, couple, family) led by head of them who has a negative thinking, They have been looking for get advantage for the company without awareness how bad situation we are. (If they wasn't satisfy all of them could strike immediately)
I couldn't refer to the name of company because this is internal issue it might impact to company image. I have ethic to keep good company image
I'm not betray my company actually I am attempting to find the way to improve it ,but in the past up until now many problems still root in deep.
Frankly speaking I already have gave up for this role.
Since I tried in many way to push it but it seem has no effect by my action with a few supporting
Unfortunately for me to work with uncontrollable firm under real policy money first another role later which keep up company surviving
that I obviously realized it
