12. In case of The Lessee breach of agreement of any clauses, this contract shall be terminated without prior notice. The Lessor has the right to take possession of the leased property. Remove the persons and chattels of The Lessee from the leased property, without The Lessee having the right to claim that the actions of The Lessor constitute trespass, damage or loss of liberty or any other wrongdoing, civil or criminal, of any kind.
