As Ingersoll Rand always request photos of part that failed and the new replacement part that we installed in the machine for claim, kindly note that for all the claims that we are going to submit in IR, please takea clear photos of the new and installed part in the machine. This is just to prevent the claims to be denied for just not having a photos of the parts that we need to claim.
Note: Please take photos of the new part only when it is already installed in the machine.
