In case no. 1, If the customers made their booking from yesterday and stay today, but they can not stay with us for today because someone in they family was sick and they request to cancel their booking for today, so they can do it or not ? ( in this case, the hotel will have to pay your commissions or not if the customers have the " Emergency " and cancel they booking for today ).

# The guest booked via our website on 10 June 2015 and arrival date is today 11 June 2015 for 1 night.
And the guest called to request to cancel their booking without charges. So we sent to ask you because
if we afraid that this problem will occurs again in the future with another bookings.
Hence, we would like to know, how can we do or solve this problem ? The guest can cancel their booking without
our commission charge or we still have to pay your commission 6.3%.
In case no 2., If customers have solved their booking one occasion, they can fix it again or not.
