• Management of administration processes
• Assist onsite personnel as required in the delivery of the FM services to the client site based staff
• Present weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management
• Assist Client Facilities Manager as required
• Maintain records in accordance with site standards
• Management of communications process
• Additional administrative requests as required
• Maintain good relationship with tenants within the responsible areas and with the building management team
• Ensure that all complaints are actively dealt with
