The Strategic Plan is driven by the University Mission,
and guided by its Vision. This Plan also takes into account
the heritage of the University through its four stages of
development. The Plan following the fgure sets out the
strategic goals to be achieved through the core functions
of learning, teaching and research, with the support of fve
strategic areas: (i) Knowledge Transfer, Entrepreneurship
and Service to Community; (ii) Internationalization,
Branding and Marketing; (iii) Engaging the Nation;
(iv) Campus Development; and (v) Recruitment and Retention.
