I will be doing a newsletter to you all every month and I hope that we can not only let you all know what we have planned to help your sales, but also this newsletter is for you to give me any information on things that you feel we should change to make things easier for you to achieve more sales.
We are looking at trying to attract more foreign customers to come to Jas, and we will be starting an advertising campaign that will make them aware of Jas and our location. So for the staff that can speak English this will be a good opportunity to achieve more sales. We are also going to be advertising in Thai Papers.
Please for those that do not speak English, if you get a Foreigner in the shop all you need to say in English is

On Tuesday you all told me the main thing that customers say is too expensive. Most people do not really know the price of a quality Leather sofa, all over on advertising billboards the cheaper companies put prices 9,999 to 19,999 for a sofa. On a billboard or advert in a paper they just see a picture of a sofa, so people think that 20,000 is about what they should pay. The best answer to when a customer says that it is too expensive, is to say No, our sofas are cheap, and then explain about the benefits of buying our quality product.
In the U.K. it’s the same what we say there is If you went into a Toyota Car showroom and looked at all the Toyota cars. If in the middle of the showroom was a brand new top of the range Mercedes Benz at the same price as a Toyota, What car would you buy, they all say the Mercedes, you then say that’s what we are Mercedes quality at Toyota prices, more people understand cars and prices than they do Sofas.
ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU TRY IT, SEE WHAT THE RESPONCE IS.
