Vitamin C content in Chinese kale
The results in Table 3 indicated that maximum vitamin C content was obtained by SSM with actinomycetes + 15 % lenonardite (Treatment 3) (33.08 mg/ml), followed by (SSM with Beijerinckia +10% lenonardite (Treatment 2) (30.07 mg/ml) and the control (27.43 mg/ml).
