We encourage hosts to seek assistance before their substance abuse or alcohol misuse renders them unable to perform the essential functions of their jobs, or jeopardizes the health and safety of themselves or any resort host.
Six Senses (Insert Property Name) will attempt to assist its hosts through referrals to counseling, assistance or rehabilitation programs, appropriate leaves of absences and other measures, provided these measures do not impose an undue hardship upon the resort or jeopardize the health and safety of the host, co-workers, our guests or the public.
Please note however that a host may not utilize a leave of absence to avoid disciplinary procedures under this policy.
