Announcement(Lost and Found Policy)
In-room safes are provided in every guest room and are to be used to store valuable items, and our Front Office offers a safety deposit box facility.
1. Our hotel will be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items if those personal belongings reach the criteria below
1.1 Any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at Baan Pantai Resort, if recovered the item will be recorded as “found”. Baan Pantai Resort keeps detailed records of all “found” items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box.
2.2 All cash, regardless of the amount, and valuable items such as genuine jewellery, branded watches, camera etc.The hotel, in any case, will not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages in excess to 5,000 Thai baht unless the guest has been under our Front Office service and clarified his/her items to the staff.
2. The hotel is not liable for theft, loss or damage of the propertyunder these circumstances
2.1 Force majeure or inevitable events
2.2 Loss or damage resulted from the guest himself/herself
2.3 Theacts or omissions of third persons, hotel employees or representatives, occurring on the premises, except, when they arise out of the strict performance of hotel employee’s or representative duties.
