Thank you for your explanation, James.
I will talk with Marcus tomorrow for my thinking.
I’ve never expect the work to be completed within 14 days.
I will not rush the job but not regard to Safety and health of crews.
I’ve never force someone to do work without take a break. I can requests more worker to help him if he want. He can be a supervisor and do something that need special skills.
I will not blame if Marcus refuse to continue work due to he feel too tired because of hot weather. The weather is really hot. I’m soaked with sweat within 5 minute in the work site.
Today my worker can move the container out for more space within 1 hour then he can work on the clamp. But he doesn’t want to stop to wash MAF. Washing activity actually require worker only 2-3 people. My workers also say they are ready to help him to assemble clamp.
To begin a task that cannot not be completed before the completion of the work day may not be a good practice. But we can do with no any mistake. Work can be done parallel.
Washing take time but don’t need skill. Not to do other work due to wait for washing is not a good idea.
For the inventory, the one set of seal for 18”, 32” and 36” PEC are now missing. You can see in Purchase order that specified 2 set for all size of PEC.
