Once again, I have been made extremely disappointed by Lazada because a product that was posted on Lazada was not really available, due either to the laziness of the supplier or due to the laziness and failure of Lazada's inspector to clear off unavailable/out-of-stock items.
I am so disappointed with this that if this ever occurs again, I think I might just go public in the social media about the unprofessionality of Lazada and Lazada's igonorance to customer's needs in regards to selling out-of-stock/unavailable items. I do not know how much benefit you or your supplier(s) are reaping from the money going temporarily into your accounts from the customers' purchase orders that are not fulfilled. But I hope that you will not adhere to this practice - if it is true. I also strongly advise that Lazada and your suppliers set up a more efficient system to clear out the out-of-stock items from your websites. Failure to do so will only result in declining business for you.
Once again, I am very, very disappointed about not being able to get my desired product from Lazada. I hope you will improve this matter soonest.
