Thank you for kindly information and very sad to see that all OCC and also FB revenue are very low compared with last year under construction situation. We have to deep in details of point to increase revenue and how to motivate of guest satisfaction and relation to do internal upselling program too, otherwise will be challenge with future flow, To be honest, I has been twice to indicate these points to Thushara to improve.

If we need you to do like Resort PR to close with guests and collect all details such as what they do and doesn’t like and still keep in touch with them for other promotion in futures.
