Dear Mr. B. Banham,
On behalf of
Please accept my apologies for the fact that there was a long wait to get the food in our restaurant, at 180 Sky Lounge. In most cases there are enough tables to easily handle all guests staying in the hotel. However, on certain occasions, we have large groups in house that do not have scheduled dinner functions, This can put a tremendous strain on our facilities and can also cause guests, such as you to be inconvenienced. Perhaps this was the case when you attempted to dine. May I respectfully suggest that in the future you make reservations to ensure you will be seated at a time which meets your schedule?
I would like offer my personal apologies for your disappointment in the food in our restaurant. Let me assure you that experience does not represent the quality food product we typically provide. Since I am quite confident that we can do much better, I hope that you will give us the opportunity to prove this by being my guest for some future date. When this occasion arises, please contact me personally so that I may make special arrangements for your evening.
