Pomegranates contain 25 micrograms (mcg) of Vitamin K in each 3 3/8 inch diameter fruit (that's about 5 1/2 ounces). Pomegranate juice is also reported to be high at 26 micrograms per cup.
A 2 1/2 inch nectarine has 3 mcg while a half cup of dried apricots contain only 2 mcg. Both of these are low in Vitamin K.
