Thank you for trying to provide your feedback. If you are having trouble entering the survey, we have outlined a few quick tips below.
Please note that you must have a Survey Invitation from a Starbucks store along with a valid Customer Code in order to answer the survey.
Entering Your Customer Code:
Do NOT add SPACES.
Note that the Customer Code can be either all numeric or alpha-numeric.
For alpha-numeric codes:
The letter "O" does not exist in the customer code, please try the number zero "0" instead
The letters "I" and "L" do not exist in the customer code
