Regarding to pricing request from AXA Insurance, client would like to request add up the SMS process for implemented to all vehicle claim cases. I have checked their claim stat from existing contract of vehicle claim and found that number of claim approx 40,000 claims. I would like to propose the price charge a case fee by separate prices of fresh claim, dry claim and appointment claim.
