Refer to below shipment matter, according yr question for our arrangement this shipment,
which checking our internal and reply you as follow:-
1. This shipment why booking with Hanjin?
Due the cargo is LCL sowe booking with Co-Loader, which co-loader/Vessel’s agent using Hanjin.
2. Why we/K Line selecting this Hanjin service?
This problems was occurred after ETD, when origin side booking this LCL shipment, there was no
any info. that Hanjin will be Bankrut!
3. What about our preventive action? will remain Hanjin service on further shpt. or not?
Our Sale team on coop. with origin side that have another Co-loader
could arrange same rate as we offer to Sumiden, anyway our Sale person/K.Wimolmas will contacting you further.
4. Due their urgent shpt. arrival on this BL (ref. on attached), which Sumiden will order
the replacement via. Air! so they would like our KLL take responsibility for all arrangement
chg. via. air mode!
According to over answer 2, KLL is not the responsibility to take care the expense to arrange re-place by air.
normally customer should be have this kind of risk and they should be understand.
