We spend there only 3 nights, arrived late evening and didn't know if the place is worth to stay. At first sight I was surprised that there are so many cottages (I'd read before, that only 10 are there). Later found that resort has been extended recently.
I have to say, that the cottages and the resort layout is well designed with a lot of trees and flowers are all around. Cottages has big glass door, but you have still enough privacy.
Beach is just 50-100m walk even from the back row. There are no sunbeds at the beach and we took the beds we had at terrace. No issue, but for such a good place I would propose little invest in sunbeds.
One day were jellyfishes in the sea and we tried the new swimming pool. Pool was good and the next day was the sea safe again. (locals might be able to say why)
Breakfast is pretty good, choice of either continental (egg or muesli) or thai. What makes that special are the bamboo platforms where you can have a rest and have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Free Wifi is there, but didn't work with my tablet. But I had 3G phone connection and didn't try to solve it.
You can either visit resort restaurant, other beach restaurant, get some food at Tesco or 7/11 nearby, or take taxi/rent bike and go to other place.
PS: If you decide to go, our greetings to the lovely black dog. Be nice to him!
