Thai students have less chance to speak English outside the classroom. In addition, they were shy to speak English and
they lacked confidence in speaking English although they had studied English for a long time. It possible explanation was that they were not fluent enough to speak English
continuously and successfully so they paused for a long time and finally stopped
talking.
