The ballet focuses on the lower body from hip to toes with a 5 position basis.
First Position: Heels together Toes spread out into a straight line.
Hand, the two sides put forward the navel level.
Second Position: Right foot outstretched hand spread apart and the same level of the umbilicus.
Third Position: Right foot step in place in the middle of the left foot. With the left hand it forward.
Fourth Position: right foot, step forward with right hand raised.
Fifth Position: Right heel to toe left. Both hands raised as well.
