Discussion
This systematic review provides a valuable synthesis of studies on mobile learning in science providing understanding of the breadth, purpose, and extent of the research activity in this area. This synthesis provides a place for future researchers to reference and build upon as they add to the knowledge regarding mobile learning and science. Science educators can find this synthesis a valuable resource regarding how mobile learning has been integrated into science classrooms. They can use this knowledge to replicate or expand mobile learning practices in their own classrooms. In the following section, each research question is delineated with an analysis of the results.
