Anthocyanins were extracted with conventional extraction
method. The aim was to use them in clinical trials; accordingly,
the extraction was carried out using aqueous ethanol.
The effect of ethanol concentration on the extraction was
studied with 20, 40, and 80 vol.% aqueous ethanol solutions.
Each experiment was repeated three times to obtain reliable
results with standard errors (calculated with Eq. (1)) to show
the experimental inaccuracy
