Matcha Greenie Recipe
Ingredients:
150 grams Salted butter
150 grams White Chocolate
180 grams Sugar
70 grams All Purpose Flour
30 grams Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 Eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat to 175-180 degrees C
2. In the bowl whisk eggs and sugar until lightly.
3. Pour melted butter and white chocolate then mix well.
4. Add all purpose flour and matcha green tea powder and mix until combine but not long time.
5. Chill a batter for 30 minutes
6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
7. Let it cool down after that chill in refrigerator 1 hour before cutting.
