Effect of salts concentrations and CT on CL
CL data analysis confirmed the significant effect
(p < 0.01) of the salts and processing temperature on this
parameter. Conversely, the interaction between factors
was not significant (p > 0.05). Consequently, the form of
the adjusted equation for CL as a function of STPP and
NaCl concentrations and CT is
CL ¼ 75:1 23:9STPP þ 31:0STPP2 9:8NaCl
þ 3:6NaCl2 2:3CT þ 0:01CT2: ð1Þ
This equation had an adjusted coefficient (R2) of 0.6. For a
more comprehensible analysis, Eq. (1) is presented in a
two-dimensional space plotting by fixing two factors. Thus,
