My formula contains 4 things...
1.. Exercise
2.. Food
3.. Your mind (your heart) --> this is so important
4.. Water
The key to do......
(please note that these are just my way, and they work for me, you can adjust them to suit your life)
1) set your goal ( you have to have possible goal) such as " I will lose 2 kilos in a month"
****I divided my big goal(10 kilos) into mini goals (2 kilos per month), so that I can achieve it easily***
2.) Never think that you can eat more because you will go to exercise
**** I used to think that I will exercise to lose my weight....... with that thinking, I ate a lot and told myself that I will not fat if I go to exercise ----> later I found that I was wrong coz the callories I ate more than I used it when exercised*****
3) please think that you will exercise coz you want to look healthier....
**** I read some articles say that exercise makes the ability of your heart, the look of your skin and your feeling get better as well as you will sleep better.........I think it's true.....so I keep all these as the reasons why I should exercise .... I think that exercise makes me more beautiful so that I have to do it 555555
