During this time, you will not be able to check in via web, mobile app and kiosk, as well as access Manage My Booking via airasia.com or our mobile app.
If you are travelling during this period, you will need to proceed to our check-in counters at the airport, regardless if you have checked in for your flight or not.
You are also encouraged to arrive at the airport at least 4 hours prior to your flight due to the expected longer queue times.
