Thank you for your good intention. I saw that you have already sent the requested information to AIS.
Unfortunately, AIS just called me and complained furiously about this confusion communication.
As my account manger informed AIS, we must have a single contact at this stage. Therefore let only me communicate to AIS unless I inform AIS that I will have representatives to talk to them case by case.
Moreover, AIS is still questioning TTT about the issue with another distributor.
Thus I strongly recommend that Nokia is the only one who is contacting AIS at this stage.
