Oh,David, I know, but they want us to do the right thing for us-as a family, replied Nina.
But now I really don't know if it is the right thing any more, said David quierly.
They talked for hours and the questions were always the same: Is it right for us to go to Newcastle?
Do we ask your parents to go with us? Do we forget about the new job and stay in Bath? And then was a new idea:maybe David and Max could stay in Bath and Nina could go to Newcastle for the week and come home every weekend. But how could David look after Max and work in the restaurant?
In the end they agreed. It was the same as their earlier decision. Newcastle in June for all the family.
It'll be OK,won't it? asked Nina.
I hope so, love, replied David. I really hope so.
