At Booking.com, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the tools and services we provide to our accommodation partners like you. Because the foundation of every good relationship is open communication, we would like to invite you to participate in a short survey that will be sent to you in the next week.
In order to ensure the confidentiality of all responses to the survey, we are working with the third-party research company MetrixLab*. They will send the invitation to the survey from booking.com@startresearch.co.uk.
We are not only interested in what is going well, but also in what we can be doing better. The more open and honest your feedback, the better we can plan for the future and try to anticipate your needs.
Based on the feedback received through this survey in the past, we took action on the following topics:
Payment collection & credit card verification
Some partners indicated they would be interested in Booking.com collecting payment or verifying credit cards on their behalf to help mitigate the risk of no shows, cancellations or invalid credit cards. We are currently exploring different payment solutions for our partners, to make sure we will match everyone’s needs. We will keep you updated on our progress.
Pulse app
In order to make it easier and quicker for partners to manage their business and to avoid overbookings, we have launched the Pulse app that allows partners to manage their property on the go. Via the app, partners can update their availability, communicate with guests, receive notifications on new bookings and view daily performance reports. We are continuously working on enhancing the app with new functionalities.
Extranet
Based on your feedback, we are working on upgrading the Extranet and the Rates & Availability page, to make the platform more flexible, customizable and easy to use.
Thank you very much for participating in the survey. We look forward to hearing your suggestions!
With kind regards,
Gillian Tans
