• Please reply to this e-mail to give permission for one of our Support Engineers to access your site using their administrator account.
o Once permission is given, the Support Engineer will contact you directly to arrange access.
• Please could you provide some information to help us trouble-shoot the problem for you. Any information you can supply under the following headings will be useful.
o If you haven't done so already, please provide the URL (s) of the SharePoint site (s) where you are experiencing this issue
o Does the issue occur intermittently – or does it occur all the time? What steps would you take if you wanted to make the issue occur again?
o Please mention the type of issue you are facing and the screenshot (s) of the error (if any)
