I have been with the Moneygram agent since morning and all I have been
receiving are negative responses to the payment you sent. The summary
of the development is that the money has already been pulled from the
system. But I am pressing them to try to get more information on how
this happened and I am still waiting for it as they promised to
investigate and forward me anything they can find.
I am completely disappointed and confused at this point and I really
do not know what to do. The reverence number revealed you actually
sent the money so you are not to be held responsible for its
disappearance.
Anyway, let me wait and see if I get any further information from
Moneygram that can help us.
