You manage iOS devices using a Profile Manager server named pm.example.com. If users want to wipe their iOS devices, what should you tell them to do?
Bring the device to you so you can remove its enrollment profile; the user can then wipe the device by going to Settings > General > Reset on the device, and tapping Reset.
Go to Settings > Notifications on the device, enter the device’s UDID in the Apple Push Notification service field, and tap Wipe.
Use the Find My iPhone app on another device to log in to pm.example.com/devices, then click Wipe in the Devices pane.
