Guarantee the security and integrity of the department database by planning and coordinating security measures
Implement guest admission record database
Provide excellent customer service and delivery of technological services
Keep records of visitor interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints as well as action taken
Check to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to resolve unexpected problems
Handle the HFM/ F’s document control
Assist to plan guest group visit
Coordinate with supplier, HFM technician, EnCo technician team on guest admission service
Establish and maintain quality service standards for the department, as well as other responsibilities related to professional and efficient the guest admission service operation
Communicate information and monitor feedback from users
