1. Run and oversee the development of human capital strategic plans to shift current organisation to future state based on the company’s vision and changing business objectives.
2. Develop human resources strategy and policy to comply with the company’s recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefit.
3. Align training and development with the company’s strategy to improve workforce performance and further the company’s success by providing employees with the skills they request/need.
4. Advise management regarding human resources and labour protection law.
5. Execute and supervise the implementation of lines of communication to maintain good relations between employees and management.
6. Gather and provide human resource reports to management.
