Dear Communication Managers,
As you are aware, the survey has been launched since Monday, 15 August 2016 to allow respondents to participate.
Up till date, we only have 217 out of 1,330 respondents (16.3%) who had participated and the rate is not as high as expected.
As you can see from the participation rate, it is going downhill instead of the opposite.
This survey is the first and foremost step to benchmark where our safety standards are in the industry globally and I cannot emphasize enough that your inputs and opinions are vital to ensuring this program is a success.
Therefore, I would request to seek your cooperation in driving all applicable employees to complete the survey ASAP.
Not forgetting sites employing Method 3 as an option to participate, these group of employees would be required to take part using paper format survey in their available local language and their completed response had to be sent back to the Communication Manager who will need to appoint an “Appointed Input Data Person at HQ or Similar Division” to input all the results. Do not forget that all these actions consume time. These are all spelled out in the various Instruction Matrixes for different methods in the first email.

Please send an email again to all applicable employees to participate in this survey ASAP as the survey link is scheduled to close on 02 September 2016 1900hr Singapore time (GMT+08:00 Singapore Kuala Lumpur).
